  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 White onion
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped basil
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil
  • Gustus Vitae Black Truffle Sea Salt


  1. Beat eggs and mix in milk
  2. Grate potatoes and pat with paper towels to absorb liquid
  3. Finely chop onion, bell pepper, and basil and add to mixing bowl
  4. Mix in egg mixture and flour
  5. Heat skillet and add vegetable oil
  6. Scoop mixture into desired size and fry until both sides are golden brown
  7. Plate, genourously season with Black Truffle Sea Salt, and garnish with basil
  8. Enjoy!
