Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes
 - 1 White onion
 - 1 Green bell pepper
 - 1 egg
 - 2 Tbsp. milk
 - 3 Tbsp. chopped basil
 - 3 Tbsp. flour
 - Black Pepper to taste
 - Vegetable oil
 - Gustus Vitae Black Truffle Sea Salt
 
Method
- Beat eggs and mix in milk
 - Grate potatoes and pat with paper towels to absorb liquid
 - Finely chop onion, bell pepper, and basil and add to mixing bowl
 - Mix in egg mixture and flour
 - Heat skillet and add vegetable oil
 - Scoop mixture into desired size and fry until both sides are golden brown
 - Plate, genourously season with Black Truffle Sea Salt, and garnish with basil
 - Enjoy!
