Red Hot Summer Beef Sirloin Skewers

These Sirloin Beef Skewers join Gustus Vitae's Red Cayenne Sea Salt to bring out exhilarating heat and mouthwatering flavor as each bite is consumed.   • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 ounces sirloin steak cut into 1/2"-3/4" cubes
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced into squares
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into squares
  • 1 Tbsp. Gustus Vitae Red Cayenne Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder


  1. Heat flame-grill to medium-high heat
  2. Combine Red Cayenne Sea Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together in bowl and mix well
  3. Rub dry mixture onto cubes of meat
  4. Using two wooden skewers (pre soaked in water), place cubed and rubbed sirloin, red onion, green bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes on skewer
  5. Flame-grill skewers, turning every 3 minutes to cook all four sides
  6. Check doneness, plate, and enjoy!
