Loaded Blue Cheese Salted Baked Potato

A classic side dish with a touch of one our favorites. This loaded baked potato is sure to satisfy each and every guest. Easily customizable, simple to make, and a flavor that is bold and stands out alone. This loaded baked potato is salted up with our very own sharp Blue Cheese Sea Salt. The flavors combine to present a delectable side dish that is versatile enough to pair with almost any meal.


  • 1 Whole potato
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 Teaspoon green onion
  • 1 Tablespoon bacon bits
  • 1-2 Tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dollop of sour cream
  • Gustus Vitae Blue Cheese Sea Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place potatoes directly on oven rack
  3. Flip every 20 minutes for 60-70 minutes
  4. Check doneness of potato and cook more if needed
  5. Remove potato and cut open with fork
  6. Spread butter over, and stuff with cheese, green onion, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese
  7. Add dollop of sour cream if desired and sprinkle on Blue Cheese Sea Salt
  8. Let cool and enjoy
