Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Cups granulated sugar
- Gustus Vitae Crystallized Honey Sea Salt
- Gustus Vitae Italian Winter Black Truffle Sea Salt
- 1/2 Stick butter
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 Cups Pecans
- 3/4 Cup melted white chocolate
- 3/4 Cup melted milk chocolate
Directions:
- Mix sugar, butter, and baking soda in saucepan and bring to a boil
- Simmer and be sure to melt all sugar
- Using a thermometer, cook mixture until 240 degrees Farenheit
- Mix in pecans
- Spoon mixture onto baking dish and let cool
- Melt milk chocolate and white chocolate
- One at a time, dip clusters into chocolate and let dry
- Salt each cluster with Italian Winter Black Truffle Sea Salt and Crystallized Honey Sea Salt
