  1. Mix sugar, butter, and baking soda in saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Simmer and be sure to melt all sugar
  3. Using a thermometer, cook mixture until 240 degrees Farenheit
  4. Mix in pecans
  5. Spoon mixture onto baking dish and let cool
  6. Melt milk chocolate and white chocolate
  7. One at a time, dip clusters into chocolate and let dry
  8. Salt each cluster with Italian Winter Black Truffle Sea Salt and Crystallized Honey Sea Salt
