These turkey sliders are perfect as a main for lunch or dinner or as a snack at any time of the day. Simplicity at its finest - these sliders have bold flavor with little effort exerted on them. Smoky chipotle peppers meet the crunch of lettuce and pickles and wait patiently for the juicy and garlicky turkey meat. Rubbed with Gustus Vitae’s Taste of Greece seasoning, these garlic-full sliders will satisfy the hunger. Serve with a side of pita bread and hummus for an meal inspired by middle-eastern cuisine.


  • Mini wheat buns
  • 12 ounces ground turkey
  • Lettuce
  • Pickles
  • Taste of Greece Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Red Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayo


  1. Blend Chipotle peppers with mayo and set aside
  2. Separate ground turkey into 4 3-ounce portions and genourously rub in Taste of Greece
  3. Grill turkey for 2-5 minutes on each site over medium heat
  4. Toast what buns
  5. Assemble sliders (wheat bun, chipotle-mayo, lettuce, pickles, meat)
  6. Enjoy!
