The next time you have sushi, think of this. The Flux Capacitor is a new cocktail found only at Sushi Roxx in New York City. This cocktail has all the flavors: it's tangy, sweet, sour, and salty. Your palette is left with a tang that leaves you ready for each sip. Our very own Wasabi Sea Salt takes this already-astonishing cocktail out of this world. The complex combination of flavors in this cocktail bind together to create an outstandingly-refreshing beverage.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. Passion fruite puree
  • 3/4 oz. Rooibos chai syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi superior
  • Sapporo for topping
  • Gustus Vitae Wasabi Sea Salt
  • Grapefruit Twist


Directions:

  1. Rim high ball glass with Gustus Vitae Wasabi Sea Salt and fill glass with ice
  2. Add lime juice, passionate fruit puree, rooibos chai syrup, and Bacardi to mixing tin
  3. Shake ingredients vigorously and strain over ice
  4. Top with Sapporo and garnish with grapefruit twist
