  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  2. Rinse and dry potatoes and thinly slice (a mandolin works great!)

  5. Lay on baking sheet and bake for about two hours, flipping at the midpoint (or to desired crispness)
  6. Remove and squeeze lime juice over sweet potato chips
