Beet and Spinach Salad with Blue Cheese Sea Salt

This simple side dish is the perfect compliment to a main dish that will impresses with ease. This salad combines flavors strikingly well to compliment each and every component. Earthy beets, sweet peaches, crunchy walnuts, and our very own Blue Cheese Sea Salt merge as one for an explosion of healthy flavor. This dish will move your meal from a delicious home-cooked portion to a chef’s masterpiece all in the comfort of your very own kitchen.


  • 1/2 Pound fresh spinach
  • 2 Beets, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup chopped yellow peaches
  • 1/2 Cup fresh blue cheese
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Gustus Vitae Blue Cheese Sea Salt
  • Dressing of choice (olive oil and balsamic vinegar works well)


  1. Rinse spinach thoroughly and remove any unwanted stems
  2. Chop beets, peaches, and walnuts (if needed)
  3. Toss together spinach, beets, walnuts, and peaches
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  5. Remove and top with blue cheese, black pepper, Blue Cheese Sea Salt, and dressing
  6. Toss and enjoy!
