The finishing touch? Gustus Vitae Taste of Greece seasoning. This garlic-pepper seasoning adds to white fish by extracting all the true flavors within. Ingredients:

  • 1 Lemon
  • 10 Ounces Mahi Mahi filet
  • Gustus Vitae Taste of Greece seasoning
  • Fresh ground or shredded parmasean cheese
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp sliced green onion
  • Fresh basil
  • Edible flowers (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Over low-medium skillet heat, warm olive oil in GreenPan skillet
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  3. Cook Mahi Mahi until almost cooked all the way through (about 10 minutes, 5 minutes on each side)
  4. Genourously season with Taste of Greece seasoning
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over Mahi Mahi and place skillet in oven
  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes until Parmesan has melted
  7. Remove and plate, garnishing with fresh green onion, basil, flowers, and lemon
